What Are The Important Parts Of The Transformer?

Transformers are the essential part of the industry as it transforms the electrical energy from one circuit to another without any direct electrical connection. Before investing in a transformer you are required to know about the parts of a transformer as well as their working. Trutech Products is the leading company which is known as the Transformer Manufacturers In Mumbai. We are the best at manufacturing an array of transformers to suit every industrial need.

Various Parts Of The Transformers:-

Control TransformerCore: It is used to support the windings of the transformers. It is made of soft iron to reduce eddy current loss and provides low reluctance path to the flow of magnetic flux.

Windings: The transformer has two windings i.e. primary and secondary windings. They are classified on the basis of the output or input voltage or windings based on voltage can be classified into high voltage and low voltage windings.

Conservator: The conservator is an airtight metallic cylindrical drum fitted above the transformer conserving the transformer oil. It is released at the top and is filled half with the oil to allow extension and compression during voltage variations.

Transformer Oil: The core and windings of the transformer must be completely immersed in the oil that normally contains hydrocarbon mineral oils. The transformer oil insulates as well as cools the core and coil assembly.

Trutech Products is the leading Control Transformer Manufacturers which is prominent to provide quality products. They are dealing with the array of such products over the international marketplace.
